Jessica’s practice revolves around scientific evidence & clinical experience as well as using a holistic approach to wellness.  Jessica believes there is more to healing our guts than just food since our digestive tract is connected to our brains & plays a big role in our immune health.  Jessica openly shares about her own personal story in figuring out it was anxiety that was triggering her own IBS & digestive turmoil.  Jessica believes greatly in holism which refers to looking at a person as a whole instead of a diagnosed condition or a handful of symptoms, so Jessica’s approach takes emotional, mental & physical health into account.
