This means stress and anxiety, our relationship with food, body dissatisfaction, poor sleep, lack of joyful movement, and our emotional state can cause our digestive health to suffer. The reverse is also true, our impaired digestive health can cause our emotional, physical, and mental health to suffer creating a vicious cycle.
